Presentation Materials from April 2020 COI meeting
Featured Topic: Leadership, Culture, and Maturing DevOps
DevOps is both a new way of thinking and a new way of working. ACT-IAC published a DevOps Primer to be a guide to support the Federal government in its understanding and application of DevOps to support its mission. The Emerging Technology COI meeting featured a discussion on the common challenges and best practices in DevOps leadership, culture change, and getting started. In addition to sharing lessons gathered from a number of agencies while drafting the primer, the panelists will review the maturity model and how it might be used by an agency to plan and navigate the next steps in their DevOps journey.
