Marcy Jacobs is a user advocate, researcher and strategist. Marcy served the past 4 years with the United States Digital Service – both as Design Director and later as the lead of the Digital Service at Veterans Affairs. She brings 20 years of experience in customer experience, human centered design and digital transformation, spending her career on mission related work for the federal government. Marcy and team won the 2018 Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medal for Management Excellence for their work developing Veteran-facing tools.
Marcy has a Masters in Psychology from Drexel and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Fine Art from the George Washington University.
