Management of Change 2016
Tuesday, May 24, 2016 - 7:00PM EDT
The theme for this year is "IT at a Crossroads: Managing Risk Through Transformation.” This year’s government and industry chairs are Richard McKinney and Hilary Gazzola.
The many challenges facing government today require more than quick fixes. Leaders need to look beyond the immediate problem to consider the foundations of how government delivers its mission, what the public needs and expects, and how we can best prepare ourselves for the challenges of the future. Our cyber infrastructure, the tools we use, the ways we provide services to customers, how we develop our leaders – all offer significant opportunities for transformational change
Interactive Sessions at MOC 2016 will showcase initiatives where government and industry leaders are striking new ground and provide all attendees with actionable insights into navigating the current IT crossroads.
- How the role of CIOs has changed and where it’s heading next
- How government is responding to ever-increasing and ever-changing customer demands
- How cyber threats have impacted the way we work and what is being done to prevent the next attack
- How disruptions from within and outside of the IT sphere are changing government
- How the power and utility of analytics is facilitating true innovation in government
