Professional Development



According to the most recent ACT-IAC Member Engagement survey, ACT-IAC Members rate the Professional Development programs of ACT-IAC as the #1 benefit of being an ACT-IAC member and 100% of 2018 Professional Development graduates would recommend the ACT-IAC Professional Development programs.

ACT-IAC offers three leadership development programs which help individuals at any level of their career journey to become more effective leaders. 

While each of the programs is uniquely crafted to serve a specific demographic, each of the programs share the following three common learning objectives:

  1. Enhance an individual’s current leadership skills and competencies
  2. Provide an individual with a cohort of likeminded leaders which they can rely on throughout the program and even after the program has ended
  3. Develop a broader understanding of the government IT community and current challenges government and industry face today
