Director, Digital Government
Kathy Conrad leads digital government strategy, focusing on transforming government to be more customer-centric and data-driven. She helps agencies use Human Centered Design to solve complex challenges, create exceptional customer experiences and deliver impact at scale.
Previously, she served as Principal Deputy Associate Administrator of GSA’s Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies, where she led development and implementation of key innovation and digital government initiatives.
Kathy is a three time Federal 100 award winner. She received her B.A. in Biology/Psychology from Wesleyan University. She served as Vice Chair of the ACT-IAC Executive Committee from 2016 to 2020.
