Jonathan Kraden is a Customer Experience Branch Chief in the Cybersecurity Division at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In this role, Jon leads efforts to bring a customer-centric mindset to CISA and improve the products and services that CISA provides other federal agencies. Prior to joining CISA in June 2020, Jon worked for GSA’s Office of Customer Experience where he worked on creating a better digital experience for federal agencies, industry, and the public. Jon also served as Senior Counsel to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee where he focused on the management of information technology.
