Jaime Gracia

AMP Engagement Manager – Innovation Advocate, Procurement Innovation Branch, IRS | Government Chair, ACT-IAC Acquisition COI

Mr. Jaime Gracia is a procurement executive and subject matter expert with 20+ years of progressive experience providing vision, leadership and direction for the delivery of innovative, cutting-edge acquisitions, training, projects and programs for public and private sector clients.

Mr. Gracia is currently an Acquisition Manager with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In this role, he leads efforts to provide innovative acquisition services to ensure IRS procurement personnel execute their role as business advisers and partners. He leads efforts to create agile contract solutions to ensure the IRS can meet its mission of effective tax administration.

He was formally Section Chief with the Department of Homeland Security, Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), National Risk Management (NRMC). He provided leadership to NRMC acquisition and program management initiatives for cyber and physical critical infrastructure interdependence and the impact of a cyber-threat or incident to the nation’s critical infrastructure.

Prior to resuming public service, Mr. Gracia was President and CEO of Seville Government Consulting, LLC. He has 20 years of professional experience providing consulting support for the acquisition and management of services and technology in the government and commercial sector, including numerous DoD and Federal civilian agencies. He leads consulting programs on effectively using digital services, data analytics, cyber security, and agile methodologies to innovative and transform government management.

Mr. Gracia also has proficiency in small business operations and entrepreneurship, having owned and consulted on several ventures in the retail, government, and financial sectors. His expertise is focused on business to government (B2G) marketing, and helping small businesses with capture management and business development in the federal space.

He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, author, and speaker. He is an active member of numerous trade and industry associations focusing on numerous federal government and contracting issues facing our nation.
