Hilary Haight

Acting Deputy Division Director, Division of Administrative Services

Hilary Haight is the Acting Deputy Division Director in the Division of Administrative Services, Office of Information and Resource Management (OIRM/DAS) at the National Science Foundation (NSF). Her executive experience spans both the private and public sectors, in large and small organizations, across a broad set of managerial disciplines. Hilary is currently responsible for overseeing administrative services at the NSF.

Formerly she was the Director of Customer Service and Training at the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Office of Travel and Transportation Program Management Office (PMO). She worked closely with the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Efficiency and Effectiveness portfolio head in implementing the President’s Management Agenda E-Gov Travel initiative savings millions of taxpayer dollars. 

Hilary received a Master’s of Public Administration Certificate from American University’s Executive Leadership program in 2012, graduated from the Office of Personnel Management’s Federal Executive Institute in 2015 and earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from University of Maryland in 1982.
