Managing Remote Teams and Teleworking Best Practices

With the increased practice of employees working remotely, the invited thought leaders experienced with managing remote teams and instituting teleworking best practices, discussed how to best navigate distributed location environments without losing the benefits of face-to-face interactions. They discussed changes needed in leadership approaches, changes in peer-to-peer interactions, accessibility issues for remote workers with disabilities, and technology pointers to enhance the effectiveness of remotely working employees.
