This panel comprised of the Management Concepts, National Contract Management Association, PSC Council, and ACT-IAC will discuss the findings and results of an interview series done with 20 senior federal government contracting staff on the business processes of contracting that addressed current challenges, needs for cultural changes and technology, and assessment of the workforce. The goal of this study and white paper was to determine how to re-shape the contracting community for future over the next five years.
