DevOps combines a cross functional team that includes the adoption of automation, consistent delivery paths for all applications, a practice methodology that uses different sets of tools - all of which combined improve deployment frequent, demonstrate a faster time to market, lowers failures on new releases, shortens lead time between fixes and provides a faster time to recovery.  If you would like to learn about how to shorten the development life cycle and deliver higher software quality then this forum is the right place to learn.
