Customer Experience of Identity

When addressing identity management (also known as identity and access management), customer experience should be considered in the policies and technologies for people to appropriately access technology resources (not just Cyber).   This webinar will explore the future of CX and identity management – securely utilizing data sources across agencies to help verify identity that contributes to safe, secure, and better CX. Discussion will include:

  • Examples of progress being made around CX and ID management.
  • Digital is not just an additional channel it must be an integrated channel and experience.
  • Additional pressures around ID and CX brought upon by the COVID-19 pandemic such as tradeoffs on CX between ID and fraud.
