Overview

"Getting to the BOTtom Line of RPA"

Overview:

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is engineered to automate routine, high volume, rules-based and repetitive tasks that would otherwise be performed by the workforce.  By converting these manual tasks into BOTS, cost savings are recognized, human error is minimized, and staff can focus on more strategic tasks.

This forum will present case examples of successfully deployed BOTS applications in government and industry along with addressing the steps, and sometimes barriers, in graduating and scaling from a BOTs pilot to full production.

objectives:

  • Understanding the steps and processes in evaluating and implementing a BOTs
  • Assessing whether BOTs is the right tool for the intended process
  • Learning how to "scale up" for more widespread usage
  • Determining whether there is a positive or negative impact on the workforce
  • Understanding what else is on the future horizon for BOTs
  • Hearing the benefits and outcome results from government and industry
