ACT-IAC released a series of papers that identify opportunities and challenges and provides recommendations for the next Administration. The topics include delivering outcomes and building trust, improving customer experience and transforming service delivery, transforming infrastructure and managing risk, and accelerating agility in government. This is the fourth Presidential election cycle where ACT-IAC has identified important issues facing the nation and provided recommendations on how to address those issues.  Join the IT Management and Modernization COI to hear from project team members as they discuss their recommendations for the next Administration.

The panel is made up of former senior government officials from both Republican and Democratic administrations.
