To start our Fall 2020 season, ACT-IAC’s Evolving the Workforce Community of Interest invites you to be our online guest as the Director of the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program and a graduate of the Program updates us on the Program. This talk will include an overview of the adjustments that enabled the Program to succeed even during the COVID-19 pandemic which included the switch to a virtual learning sessions. . Please feel free to invite any of your co-workers who might benefit from the information being shared.
Most everyone in and around Government knows the PMF Program. Many agency workforces and management ranks are filled with graduates of the two-year training and leadership development program which is administered by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). We are fortunate to have the opportunity to hear from the PMF Program Director, Arianne Jolene Gallagher and Michael Lawyer - a graduate of the Program. They will give an overview of the PMF Program, and updates on changes that the Program has undertaken as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
