Featured Topic: Moving Beyond Diversity to Successful Inclusion

Please join the ACT-IAC Evolving the Workforce COI for a discussion by two senior government HR leaders on what it means to move beyond building a diverse workforce to creating a culture of inclusion where all workers, long timers and newcomers, feel included in the agency’s culture and decision-making processes.  The two speakers will be Steve Shih, who leads NASA’s Diversity and Inclusion Program, and Zina Merritt from the Government Accountability Office describing learnings from GAO’s March report, “Key Talent Management Strategies for Agencies to Better Meet Their Missions” which included Inclusion “best practices.”  We invite you and your team to attend in person, or online.
