Overview

Please join ACT-IAC’s Evolving the Workforce Community of Interest for a special session featuring three former Government executives as they provide their unique insight into how the new administration will seek to change our Federal workforce.

Ronna Garrett will moderate a conversation with Robert Shea and Jeff Neal, featuring a lively discussion in which Robert and Jeff will forecast potential federal workforce priorities and changes with the next administration (including their views on the fate of various recent EO’s, including schedule F). Along with their own insights, Ronna, Bob and Jeff will respond to questions and comments from the online audience.

Speakers

  • Ronna Garrett, Director, Program Development, YRCI, Vice Industry Chair for ACT-IAC’s Evolving the Workforce COI and former Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer for the U.S. Department of Defense
  • Jeff Neal, Former Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Author of ChiefHRO.com
  • Robert Shea - National Managing Principal for Public Policy, Grant Thornton and former Associate Director for the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

The session supports PMA Key Performance Indicator 3, “People – Workforce for the 21st Century”. We believe you will find this session valuable as you work to optimize your agency’s workforce performance.
