Featured Topic: Managing Remote Teams and Teleworking Best Practices
With the increased practice of employees working remotely, we are calling together leaders experienced with managing remote teams and instituting teleworking best practices to discuss how to best navigate distributed location environments without losing the benefits of face-to-face interactions. They will cover changes needed in leadership approaches, changes in peer-to-peer interactions, accessibility issues for remote workers with disabilities, and technology pointers to enhance the effectiveness of remotely working employees.
