Gissa Sateri, REI Systems, will present the Periodic Table of Acquisition Elements developed as a tool to assist in effective adoption of acquisition innovations and to accelerate the President’s Management Agenda (PMA) Cross-Agency Priority (CAP) Goals 1 & 11 in support of agency missions and Administrations IT initiatives. The tool allows innovative acquisition practices utilized across government to be readily accessible to acquisition professionals. It is a repository of information containing documented best practices, lessons-learned, and innovative approaches developed throughout the acquisition community. It brings the efforts of individuals across the U.S. Federal Government to one, accessible location and allows people to submit new and innovative approaches using a TechFAR style product. The tool will eventually provide an online forum for communities to discuss different experiences and challenges. The table was developed as part of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) and ACT-IAC Accelerating Acquisition Innovation project.
