Diana Andrews leads an IT organization of approximately 1500 employees providing first-class much needed services to the American public through innovative, intuitive, secure and accessible technology. The Office of Software Engineering (OSE) is comprised of talented architects, designers, developers, database administrators and other IT specialists. It is committed to providing the SSA workforce with viable, productive solutions to serve the public without interruption; allowing SSA's public-facing applications to work with a high degree of customer satisfaction; allowing data exchanges to process timely; and enabling the transmission of timely/accurate payment files (daily and cycle payments).
Diana holds a graduate degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Baltimore and in her leisure participates in endurance events and enjoys anything in the area of health and fitness.
