Dan has cultivated lasting business relationships with globally complex organizations for nearly 40 years, led business strategy for several early stage companies including an Israeli start-up Memco Software who successfully IPO’d and was acquired a year later for $437M.
His executive leadership was forged at Fortune 100 companies Dell, CA Technologies, ICL/Fujitsu. As a member of the founding team for Ernst & Young’s Information Security Practice he helped define a $60M RTM and as CEO for SAIC’s Global Integrity he established the Financial Services ISAC and then went on to navigate CA Technologies to capture the coveted position as Microsoft’s Global Partner of the Year.
A Co-Founder and General Partner at MACH37, he and his Partner launched 46 cyber security seed stage startups generating over $60M in additional investment and creating over 160 new cyber jobs.
Dan is currently the Managing Director of the Ponderosa Management Group, he advises late stage companies, on behalf of various venture capital firms looking to prepare their portfolios for follow-on investment by finetuning their business strategy, operating models and commercialization processes.
