Abstract

October 21, 2020 - Fairfax, VA. – The American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACTIAC), the premier public-private partnership dedicated to advancing government through the application of information technology, announced the release of its “Improving Customer Experience and Transforming Service Delivery” paper today. This is the fourth Presidential election cycle where ACT-IAC has identified important issues facing the nation and provided recommendations on how to address those issues. This paper expands on ACT-IAC’s Agenda 2021 capstone document, “Delivering Outcomes, Building Trust” released in July.
