Malcolm Harden

An active volunteer in ACT-IAC, Malcolm Harden presently serves dual roles as Chair of the IAC Member Advocacy Program (IMAP) committee and as Industry Chair for Fellows Programming. Historically, he has served ACT-IAC in diverse ways – as a 2014 an Industry Vice Chair for the ACT-IAC Associates program, as Industry Chair of the 2013 ACT-IAC Voyagers program, Industry Vice-Chair of the 2012 ACT-IAC Voyagers program, Industry Track Lead for the 2013 ACT-IAC Executive Leadership Conference (ELC) and organizing committee for the 2010 ACT-IAC ELC. He is a member of the Planning and Architecture SIG and is a proud graduate of the 2009 ACT-IAC Partners program. He serves as the Industry Class Champion for the class of 2009, alongside his Government Partner. He currently mentors several past and present Voyagers and Associates both formally and informally.

Malcolm is Vice President of Technology Outreach and Collaboration for CGI Federal. Reporting to the CGI Federal CTO, Mr. Harden is tasked with consistently growing CGI Federal’s capability to deliver leading-edge solutions via cultivating corporate skill sets and strategic staff development. He leads CGI Federal-wide initiatives in technology innovation, Research & Development (R&D), and technology partnership leverage. As a black-belt Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA), Mr. Harden and his team of architects provide support and recommendations for technology-driven improvements to teams supporting CGI’s 7,500+ member Federal unit. From 2010-2014, he served as Chairman of CGI’s Global Technology Council, a compendium of executive technology talent providing visionary leadership and strategic guidance for all 70,000+ CGI employees worldwide.
