Federal agencies face incredible challenges in finding, hiring, and retaining cybersecurity talent. In this session, participants will hear from cross- agency team of cyber workforce experts who have collaborated to design cyber career paths that provide direction on how to grow their careers while supporting agencies that need multi-talented, cross-skilled cyber workers. Session participants will leave specific, concrete career path information for key cyber job roles, as well as an invitation to offer their own input into the work now underway.
