Zhenia Klevitsky is a growth leader with over 20 years’ successful experience in developing and implementing effective strategies for expanding business within the Public Sector professional services market. She has demonstrated expertise in leading teams responsible for sales, strategic program capture, proposal management operations, and P&L.
Ms. Klevitsky is currently the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Sev1Tech where she plays a key role in business innovation and strategy around growth. Prior to Sev1Tech, Ms. Klevitsky ran ASRC Federal’s Civilian, Health, and National Security $400M Operating Group Business Development organization. Ms. Klevitsky’s experience spans across small, mid-size, and large businesses where she led account teams in identifying and capturing new business and expanding client relationships with Federal agencies. She has experience overseeing strategy development and implementation of organizational business plans based on market and customer understanding; building customer relationships; as well as creating proven capture and proposal processes methodologies. Ms. Klevitsky also has extensive experience in developing and negotiating strategic partnerships with teaming companies to create winning solutions, meeting specific government objectives.
Ms. Klevitsky was an ACT/IAC Voyager in 2006. She is also a Washington Homeland Security Roundtable (WHSR) Steering Committee Member and has spoken at various events, including:

Ms. Klevitsky holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Bloomsburg University and an MBA from American University’s Kogod School of Business. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Business.
