Mission Modernization

Imagine what happens when you bring together ten mission-essential, government-wide acquisition and federal assistance systems. Each system already has its community of stakeholders with different, and sometimes contradictory, requirements. In bringing them together you create...

...a larger and even more complex community of stakeholders.

GSA’s Integrated Award Environment has done just this as part of its modernization efforts, working with more than 1000 stakeholders, or “cooks” in the process. Our panel discussion features representatives of 4 core stakeholder groups who will tell their stories. We’ll hear what they need from our systems and how they have contributed to our customer experience. We’ll also discuss how their involvement and rapid feedback has helped us craft a better product that is more agile and more responsive to our customer’s needs.
