Please join the Shared Services Community of Interest (COI) for a discussion with members of GSA’s Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement (SSPI)* on the recently released “Sharing Quality Services” and “Data, Accountability, and Transparency” CAP Goals.
*SSPI, within GSA’s Office of Government-wide Policy, leverages data, subject matter expertise and its authority to convene key stakeholder groups to improve the delivery of mission by: informing and shaping policy; enabling evidence-based performance management; and building strategies for optimization of management services.
About the Speakers
Dorsy Yoffie has over eleven years of experience enacting programs, developing policies, and executing implementation strategies and startup operations in the public and private sectors. Dorsy currently serves as Associate Director in the Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement at GSA, leading the Fed2Fed Solutions team. Prior to serving in this role she was the Deputy Director of Unified Shared Services Management (USSM), the first cross-functional office dedicated to developing and leading the implementation of the vision for shared services government-wide. Dorsy is also the government chair of the Shared Services COI.
Andrea Sampanis brings her experience in both public and private sector shared services and Federal financial management to GSA where she serves as an Innovations Operations Manager for the Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement. Andrea leads the Modernization and Migration Management (M3) Framework for Fed2Fed Solutions, is the program manager for the Grants Management Data Standards effort, and supports the CFOC’s Financial Management System solution research.
Trey Bradley has over 20 years of experience advising companies, organizations, and government on strategic and operational issues with an emphasis on data-driven analysis. Trey currently serves as the Program Manager for Strategic Data Initiatives in in the Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement at GSA and leads data analysis for Fed2Fed Solutions.

From the Main Lobby:A CSRA representative will greet you and escort you to level 3 to receive your visitor badge and parking validation if needed.
