ACT-IAC releases Customer Experience Playbook: A Guide to Transform Service Delivery

 

The ACT-IAC Customer Experience COI has released a playbook to assist government organizations in improving service to citizens.  The playbook covers a range of important issues, ranging from the creation of a culture of customer satisfaction to implementing a customer experience program or office.
