The Government is making a significant investment in shared services and it is no surprise that agencies are at different stages along this journey. Please join us to hear from different agencies to learn about their successes as well as challenges in implementing Shared Services. We will focus on Department of Commerce, which has made a significant investment in shared services to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of delivering on their mission of promoting economic growth and job creation by ensuring fair and secure trade, collecting supportive data, and fostering innovation through setting standards and continued research.
Discover how DOC plans to utilize Shared Services to deliver on its mission across all 12 bureaus. What current processes and technologies are being leveraged to better connect and provide exposure to each bureau regarding these joint services?
