A Conversation with GSA’s David Zvenyach 

The GSA Federal Insights Exchange Planning committee in collaboration with the Networks and Telecommunications COI is pleased to have  David Zvenyach, Director, Technology Transformation Service (TTS) and Deputy Commissioner, Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) , GSA for a lively, informative, and interactive discussion.  Mr. Zvenyach brings an impressive technology and legal background from his earlier consulting experience building public sector facing start ups to his role as General Counsel to the DC Council to his earlier tenure at GSA during the Obama Administration.  With his recent return to GSA, Mr. Zvenyach leads TTS that helps federal agencies transform services using modern technology platforms, applications and processes.   

LEARNING OBJECTIVES 

- Learn more about GSA’s Technology Transformation Service and its role in helping federal agencies build, buy and share technology to achieve their transformation and modernization goals

- Gain insights on the Presidential Innovation Fellows, 18F, Office of Solutions (cloud.govlogin.gov) and the IT Modernization Centers of Excellence.
