The CX Community of Interest is excited to continue our lunch and learn series with a discussion on acquisition customer and stakeholder experience. Agency program outcomes are the lever for incredible nation-wide impact—from protecting our nation to serving our citizens. To achieve these outcomes, it is critical that federal acquisition offices provide high-quality service to their programs. We look forward to hearing from procurement leaders across government share their perspectives on the role of the procurement office in delivering an extraordinary experience to their customers and stakeholders. - Acquisition CX/SX Principles and Pitfalls (12:35- 1:00pm): Discuss acquisition CX/SX best practices and pitfalls to avoid. Hear from peers and colleagues on their perspective—and share your voice as well!
- Connection & Networking (1:00-1:30pm): Attendees can stay after to have a free discussion and networking with COI members.
