The ACT-IAC Acquisition COI is pleased to host a member session on GSA’s New Next Generation Services IDIQ. GSA’s Office Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC) developed acquisition strategies for the new IDIQ contract and will provide a briefing to the community.
About the Speaker
Jill Akridge serves as the Director for Customer Account Management for the Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC), an office within the U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). In this role, Jill oversees all customer engagement activities for PSHC, as well as the Federal Acquisition Service’s Region 10 footprint of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State.
Jill also serves as a Co-Chair for the FAS Services Experience committee, part of GSA’s newly established Services Marketplace. In this capacity, Jill oversees agency-wide efforts to improve the user experiences of industry partners and customers of FAS service offerings.
Prior to her current position, Jill served as a Program Manager for strategic initiatives development on behalf of PSHC as well as the Federal Marketplace and was instrumental in the development and planning of user research activities, IT consolidation plans, and the shaping of FAS services offerings.
Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She also has a Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis from George Washington University and is an alumni with the Partnership for Public Service.
