Two categories to apply: Emerging Technology in Health and Public Health Initiatives
Anyone can nominate a poster - government, industry, academia or a combination of any two
There is no limit to the number of nominations you may submit, but only 10 finalists will be selected for presentation and awards.
Nominations must have real life application, contribute to positive health impacts, be a tool, product, or a service and implemented in the last year. Nominations should include the benefit it produced, i.e., cost savings, improved operations, long term benefit, improved customer awareness, change in function, etc.
All nominations will be reviewed by a panel of government and industry executives, ranked based on the information provided, and the top ten will be selected to be part of the Poster Session at Health Innovation Day. The Points of Contacts will be notified by ACT-IAC as to whether you were or were not selected.
Posters or demos will be on display throughout the day. It is recommended that a short summary white paper is available to describe the poster objectives, value and benefits, and outcomes. Towards the end of Health Innovation Day and during the reception, the attendees will vote on the First, Second, and Third Place awardees based on pre-established review criteria. Awardee names will be placed on the ACT-IAC website and recognized in Insights.
First Place Award – One Free registration to a future forum of your choice in 2019
Second Place Award – Half price registration for a future forum of your choice in 2019
Third Place Award – One Free registration to a future Federal Insight Exchange of your choiceNominations are Due by March 15, 2019
